We have an excellent opportunity to join a family business, they are looking for a Customer Care Co-ordinator to join their team. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm, with a competitive salary of £20K to £22K PA - Due to the location of the role it may be difficult to get to using public transport.

Some of your duties will include:

*Ensuring customers receive a first class level of service.
*Answering, taking and redirecting calls
*Responding and writing emails
*Responsible for customer complaints and concerns, with clear and professional communication on what actions will be taken to resolve any issues.
*Liaising with the internal departments, site management, technical, commercial and sales teams.
*Arranging inspections for any issues that may arise
*Placing orders with various sub-contract tradesmen to correct issues as part of your day to day role and ordering materials.
*Various administration tasks, reception duties and diary management

You will have the below skills/experience:
*Experience working in construction and/or maintenance would be advantageous but not essential
*Experience working in a customer service role
*Have a positive outlook and a personable nature
*The role is heavily dominated by being able to effectively communication with customers, subcontractors and internal colleagues.
*You will need to be highly organised and able to prioritise your work load effectively.
