We are looking to recruit enthusiastic Contact Centre/Customer Service Agents to join our clients expanding team and have a number of positions available.
· Location - The company is currently based in Kettering but moving to Corby at the start of 2020.
· Salary - £18,000 plus the opportunity to earn bonus, would have the opportunity to increase your earnings with further training
· Hours of work - 37.5 hours per week
· Shifts hours - 8am - 4.15pm, 9am - 5.15pm, 9am - 5.15pm, 9.45am - 6pm, 11.45am - 8pm - On a rolling 5 week rota.
· Some weekend working rotation of 1 in 5 Saturdays 9am - 5pm and 1 in 10 Sundays 9am - 4pm.
Some of your duties will include:
· Handling incoming calls.
· Booking engineer service visits.
· Identifying and ordering spare parts.
· Assisting with trouble shooting.
· Providing pre purchase advice.
· Cross selling warranties.
The successful candidate will be customer focused, have soft selling skills, a structured approach to hitting goals and deadlines, excellent telephone communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
A good degree of computer literacy is a must alongside previous customer services experience.
