Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for part time hours in Northampton to join a fantastic well known company as an administrator acting as a key part of the team providing administrative support.

This is a busy role where you will work closely with sales teams and customers to provide 1st level technical assistance.

You will help customers identify their requirements over the phone to find the product they need. You will proactively increase sales value by up selling products and services during customer calls both external and internal.

This role is varied and as well as dealing with customer enquiries via the telephone you will also deal with enquiries via email or fax requests.

You will be given training on the internal systems to be able to efficiently input customer details and keep the system organised.

This role reports directly in to the contact centre manager and is part of a medium sized team.
