Do you have experience within a call centre environment? Do you have a good understanding of customer service?

If so read on, Adecco are proud to be working with an ever growing company based in Ashford who are seeking a Customer Service Agent to work within their call centre.

Requirements :

·  Good understanding of verbal and written English

·  Computer literate and basic understanding of mathematics

·  Good at following instructions and working within a team

·  Knowledge of a call centre environment with great customer service

Duties:

·  Receive inbound calls and deliver outstanding customer service

·  Make outbound calls to existing customers

·  Use company system to update orders etc

·  Respond to emails and customer queries

This is a temporary role with potential to go permanent but it is not guaranteed.

Location : Ashford

Salary : £7.88

Working days : weekends

Working hours : between 8am till 8pm (8 hour working days)

Duration of contract : Temporary
