Job description
Buying Admin Assistant for a very prestigious retailer based in Shephers Bush
Key responsibilities include:
· Order Management : Checking and updating order confirmations, maintaining accurate purchase orders, and raising re-orders.
· Supplier Coordination : Introducing new suppliers, ensuring they are set up correctly, and acting as a single point of contact for various departments.
· Data Accuracy : Performing pre-upload checks, managing product merges, and ensuring accurate pricing and payment terms.
· Administrative Support : Pulling together vendor packs, supporting buying trips, and performing site checks.
The ideal candidate should have:
· Experience in fashion retail buying or merchandising.
· Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· The ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively.
· A good sense of humor and personal style.
