PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To be a key member of the Access & Outage team, clearing all dependencies enabling schedule works to be completed.
Role requires excellent stakeholder managing skills & ability to work independently to meet critical deadlines.

Our client is one of UK's leading Telecoms build companies which specialises in supplying the highest standard of Rigging & Commissioning resource to the mobile telecommunications sector.
Duties and Responsibilities
�Be a key member of the Access & Outage team
�Own & manage dedicated build weeks to ensure all Access & Outage dependencies are cleared.
�Support the project team with the development of all key project background documentation including access & outage co-ordination
�Liaise with relevant parties via email, phone internal & external tools to arrange access for telecommunication sites
�Ensure site outages for all activities are in place according to the schedule
�Ensure the relevant permits are in place for teams including sub-contractors
�Maintain document control and storage, track project activities and team communication
�Act as support to the field resource during your week of build activity.

Skills - Essential
�Experience within the Telecoms industry for booking access & outage requests
�Familiar with Telecoms networks
�Effective Communication skills including an excellent telephone manner
�Honest approach to work
· Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office and specific in-house software e.g.)
· Proven ability to work and learn in fast-paced environment
�Ability to organise work in a timely and effective manner
�Ability to prioritise and organise work effectively creating agendas, minutes, correspondence, documentation and presentations
�Able to multi task on a variety of tasks working independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment
