Fantastic opportunity to join a well established company based in Hastings,

Our client who is a market leader within the Electrical Retail industry is looking for a Branch Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis starting immediately and paying up to £17,000.

As the Branch Assistant you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers

Duties will include but are not limited to:

*Proactively sell to both existing and new customers in order to meet and exceed sales and margin targets, and to continually work to build and develop the customer base at their branch
*Flexible to carry out various roles and duties in the branch including Stores, Telesales and Trade Counter Sales
*Relief Driver duties for Van deliveries
*To process orders from incoming goods to dispatch
*To handle customer queries
*To contribute to the team in terms of sales action plans and customer development
*Provide the highest possible levels of both service quality for our Customers, and performance for the Company
*To keep minimum operational standards - to ensure housekeeping standards are maintained
*To sell promoted products to customers
*Required to move stock up to 25kg

The ideal candidate:
*Must be customer focused, and able to communicate at all levels
*Ability to sell, and exploit cross selling opportunities
*Strong Admin and Customer Service skills
*Knowledge of electrical products desirable but not essential
*Full driving license essential, preferably clean
