�16,000 - �20,000 + uncapped monthly bonus
Are you sales driven and enjoy speaking to people, I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client who are based in the City centre with lots of transport links, lots of potential for progression into an field based consultative role for the right candidate in the future.
My client are continually growing year on year and specialise in communications equipment for corporate accounts and SME's.
They now have exciting opportunity for an B2B Appointment Maker to join them,
You will be responsible for:
-Contacting potential clients through leads and setting up appointments via diarised appointments for the field consultants to attend.
-Managing your own pipeline of clients that are yet to be converted by effectively following up calls to nurture a long-term pipeline of sales opportunities.
-Ensuring that you are working towards your own KPI's and adapting your activity towards the situation.
-Ensuring that you are using the CRM system effectively to update all key details for clients e.g. contact details, decision makers, contractual periods etc..
-Ensuring that you are following the telemarketing structure to ensure you are professional at all times and maximising conversions.
-Working closely with the sales teams + consultants to ensure success in setting up appointments + delivering a quality service.
What we are looking for
-Demonstrated experience + success within B2B telemarketing in an office based environment.
-Worked before towards strict KPI's and evidence of exceeding targets.
-Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with clients .
-Experience using systems such as Microsoft package + CRM Systems.
