My client is a property company looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Buyer. As part of a small but very experienced team, you will be given exposure to all aspects of the residential service from contractor enquiries, taking quantities from drawings, placing orders, site checks and contractor invoicing and day to day residential activities.
Working from both the office and on site, a driving licence is essential and mileage is paid on company business.
A HND or HNC in construction/ building studies is essential along with excellent Microsoft skills.
Exposure to using COINS system and AutoCAD would be advantageous
