We have an exciting opportunity to work in iconic place in Westminster area. This role will support with the effective day to day running of the Employee Pay and Pension Section, completing several essential tasks which support several stakeholders across Parliament. Everyday activities range from the inputting of new joiner information on the HR/Payroll system to the processing of new pension applications to the inputting of absence entry.
The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience:
· Experience of processing large volumes of data on a computerised system whilst maintaining attention to detail at all times
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills and an ability to understand and communicate sometimes complex information in layman's terms
· Ability to work effectively under pressure, alone with limited guidance and as part of a team for the achievement of goals
Hours: Full time, 36 hours per week
The position is for a minimum of 12 months. Pay £11.95ph
You would be expect to go through a very strict vetting process.
