Do you have a strong admin background with excellent attention to detail and customer service skills?
Our client based in Walton Summit is looking for an energetic, highly motivated and flexible person to join their team as a Administrator.
Full training will be given but experience of sales order processing would be advantageous.
* Sales order processing (phone, fax, email, web and post orders).
* Dealing with customer service enquiries.
* Dealing with queries and answering telephone calls.
* Working with production and despatch.
* Order Tracking.
* Building and maintaining relationships.
The successful applicant must be an articulate, reliable, customer-focused team player with a 'can-do' attitude and very high standards of written and verbal communication.
Hours: Mon - Thurs 8.30am -5.00pm
