Adecco, UK's largest recruitment agency, is currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join a busy team in their multinational Insurance Company based in Eastbourne.
This role is a 6 months fixed term contract. You will be required to work full time hours (Mon - Fri, 8.30 am - 5 pm), with a hourly rate of £8.77 p/h (£17,000) per year pro rata
To manage the cost administration service, which will support the business by the processing of all invoices and medical fee invoices, as well as the processing of all client charges.
Key Accountabilities :
-Processing of invoices and medical fee invoices in the system, ensuring that both are processed accurately, promptly and are approved and processed in line with agreed procedures.
-Quality checking cases in the systems, including review of service fees, charge-on fees and costs, prior to processing cost and charge-on amounts.
-Processing of charges in the systems, ensuring that charges are processed accurately and are authorised in line with agreed procedures.
-Working with internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve affiliate queries.
-Administrative support relating to cost administration, including filing invoices, payment reports and correspondence.
-Undertake ad hoc duties and provide any other support to the Finance Manager and Operations, as required.
-Identifying where improvements to processes are required, working with manager to develop and implement changes to processes.
-Maintain all cost queues (including PIA, Invoice received and Approvals queues) and the cost administration mailbox
-Act as a point of contact for the Operations team, working with them to resolve queries & implement corrections to eliminate future errors.
-Act as point of contact for wider business, to address and resolve case related queries.
