I am working with a well established business in the Rotherham area who are expanding their team and require an administrator.
*The ideal candidate will be willing to learn the products
*Will have experience in sage for order processing
*First point of telephone enquiries
*Liaising with staff in other departments
*Photocopying and printing various documents
*Update purchase ledger on receipt of supplier delivery notes and invoices
*Assist the production manager in scheduling daily production
*Update daily KPI Matrix and Production log
*Use a variety of software packages such
*Manage stock of office consumables
*Manage the filing system
*Produce work build sheet for customers
