We are currently recruiting for a Administration Assistant initially in a 4 weeks assignment in the NG7 area of Nottingham, this role offers 22hrs per week.
The purpose of the role is to provide general administrative support to the existing team through a high workload.
Your duties will be to update and check a Microsoft Access database, to sending and check financial reports and provide updates on the website and social media sites.
Skills and experience required:
· It Literate
· Familiarity with MS Office, particularly with Excel and Access
· Good attention to detail
· Good communication skills
· Administration experience
