This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading Financial Institutions as a Service Consultant on a temporary basis in Swindon with Possible Perm opportunity

Location: Wakefield House,Pipers Way Swindon.
Rate: �12 per hour
Shift - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Contract - 26 weeks.

Overview of the role:
We are looking for an administrator to provide a reliable support function to the 'Retail Products Development' project. You will be responsible for duties such as: - Calendar Management, Workshop management including & preparing documents, collating documents, uploading documents onto SharePoint, dealing with off shore suppliers. Monitoring & updating various documents - cost sheets, holiday charts, contact lists, organisational charts, distribution lists, document registers, RAID logs and action logs and any other general ad-hoc requests. You will also be responsible for minute taking (ad-hoc basis) and attending meetings where required so applicants must be comfortable with this type of pressurised work. This is a fast paced role and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and who can demonstrate a strong initiative & proactive thinking.

Experience: Administration (within a project environment advantageous) or secretarial / PA or equivalent. Previous banking experience also desirable but not compulsory. SharePoint & Microsoft Project advantageous

Business Area Name & Background
This project is part of 'banking, savings & customers' who manage and release IT development centres. The current team is around 16 heads with a larger team of around 400 heads (on & off shore) supporting this project. This is a fast paced environment which is delivery focused.
