On behalf of my established client based in Sandbach, I am looking to recruit an Administration Assistant.
Working as part of a busy team the successful applicant will be working alongside other members of staff providing support by ensuring queries, quotes and price lists are kept up to date. Creating Information and Health & Safety packs, Organising deliveries with couriers and to be responsible for the filing/archiving system.
Essential skills: Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to multi-task. Organised.
This is a temp to perm role and would suit someone with a strong personality who is used to working to deadlines - immediate interviews and start date available!
