Adecco are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant for our client based in Middlesbrough.
My client is looking to appoint an Accounts Assistant on temporary basis.
Responsible for the day to day activities within the finance department

Key responsibilities:

* Generating sales reports from database
* Upkeep of Sales Ledgers chasing over due monies, covering credit control procedures, raise sales credit notes, raising invoices, liaising with exporters to produce necessary documentation, credit control
* Upkeep of Purchase Ledgers, ensure suppliers are paid in a timely manner, matching, coding and posting invoices
* Generating monthly reports for Financial Controller and month end duties
* Responsible for petty cash and expenses.
