In conjuction with our client we are offering short-term vacation work in Knowsley, Liverpool (L33) between late July and mid-August to assist with University Admissions queries on A Level Results day.

SUMMER WORK

We can guarantee work for a minimum of 5 days comprising :

·  4 days of training from 9 -5

·  As well as Results Day - Thursday 16th August where shifts occur between 7 am - 8 pm

There may also be work in the interim period.

This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in learning more about university administration and gain vital customer service experience.

We need people to provide guidance on the UCAS process, take ownership of applicant enquiries and assist with technical aspects of the process (password resets etc) over this busy exam result period.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of grade C in GCSE English and Maths, experience of (or willingness to learn about) the undergraduate admissions process, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and a firm grasp of IT.
