Sales and Retail
*Achieving group sales targets set each month by Sales Management.
*To pro-actively seek new business in the specified product range, by targeting a combination of EU's existing customer base and prospective customers including end-users.
*Maximise sales GP by continually expanding orders and up selling on all incoming and outgoing calls
*To lead and work as a team to grow and develop the 3D customers within all sectors working together to prioritise in maximise sales
*To be an expert within the 3D product portfolio (Vectorworks) and to attend product training
*To work and implement a sales cycle for Vectorworks end user renewal process to maximise on the renewals conversion rates
*Liaise on a daily basis with your Manager and update them on any developments in forecasting, pipeline management, leads, sales and opportunities, etc.
*Meet and exceed the agreed performance objectives.
*Assist the Product Manager's and sales team to get dealers to attend events & seminars, to provide the sales team with information / training on the specified product
*Attend events and seminars when necessary (set up, talking to customers, etc.) i.e. Launch Events, Trade Shows
*Maintain an agreed level of pro-active telephone contact with both existing and prospective customers, operating a call-out cycle, which includes updating customer events and call logging systems as required by Internal Sales Supervisor. Follow-up on training leads and feedback so that we can continue to develop marketing efforts and generate sales.
*Ensure that customer complaints, issues and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion. Where relevant, such matters must be escalated to the Internal Sales Manager.
*Manage and maintain any authorisation schemes & price lists relevant to your portfolio of products.
*Ensure that the external sales team are kept informed of any developments relevant to their accounts. Ensure that actions from visit reports are completed in required time-lines
*Work with 3D Marketing Manager to devise successful sales focus days and month/quarter spiffs. Help run Sales Focus Days. Develop product knowledge, presentations, etc. so seen as main point of contact to assist the rest of the sales department on all 3D related enquiries.
*When needed attend customer facing meetings
*Ensure all orders received are entered into the Merlin system accurately.
*Perform any ad hoc duties deemed appropriate by the Sales Management Team
*Worked in a sales environment handling either inbound/or outbound calls
*Commercial and business awareness
*Can demonstrate good level of negotiation and communication skills, both internally and with external clients
*Can provide successful evidence of working in a target related environment
*Good at building customer relationships
*Experience in New Business/Account Management sales developing opportunities to result in market growth
*Knowledge in Microsoft office
*Worked in a Sales environment handling either inbound and/or outbound calls
*Knowledge of the 3D software
*Familiar with the IT sector
*Can clearly demonstrate areas where they have been highly proactive and assertive so that matters reach a successful conclusion
*Educated to GCSE level or above
*Ability to lead, influence and drive others
*Good interpersonal skills
