Hours: Working a 40 hour week 5 out of 7 days
Shifts: on a 3 week rota nights and days
Training:3 week training - which is quite intense and will be buddied up for final week
Role: Great opportunity to work in an IT environment with room for progression and to move around in the business. You will be supplying McDonald's UK and Ireland with all their IT infrastructure - hardware/software etc. and these roles are the help desk for any user issues.
Fairly technical role taking calls, trouble shooting, logging the call with the aim to fix first time
Need good IT customer service skills as well as a willingness to learn. Someone who is good with working on computers and has a genuine interest to work well in the IT industry.
