Bioanalytical Laboratory Assistant

Job description

ADC Therapeutics, a company developing Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs) for the treatment of both solid and haematological cancers, seeks a Bioanalytical Laboratory Assistant with good work ethics to join our Bioanalytical Method Development and Qualification Team. The candidate will need laboratory experience. Prior experience in sample handling and data management is a plus.

This job is located at our London, UK facility.

Education/qualifications:

• BSc degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry or Biology with 6 months-3 years of related industry bioanalytical experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in sample handling and data management is a plus.
• Hands-on skills and familiarity with bioanalytical instrumentations is essential.
• Prior experience and knowledge of bioanalytical assays and/or experience with cell culture and cell-based assays is a plus
• Prior experience working in a regulated GLP/GMP compliant environment is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Support the inventory of critical assay reagents and sample shipments and receipt.
• Support continuous improvement in laboratory activities and contribute to general organisation of the bioanalytical lab.
• Perform routine sample testing following protocols and guidelines.
• Compile detailed observations, perform analyses of data, support interpretation of results and accurate record of experimental results in laboratory notebooks, contribute to technical reports and SOPs, and follow policies and regulations.
• Perform bioanalytical assays and provide practical support to scientists in assay development, optimization and qualification.
