Job description
Twyver a specialist Switchgear and Critical Power Solutions provider with over 80 years of experience and a part of the Vinci Energies Group (€13 billion) is looking to recruit an Electrical Labourer to join our team in Brockworth, Gloucester.

Summary
Working closely with Panel Wire Person’s, the Electrical Labourer will be required to support with all aspects of assembling mechanical steel work, electrical cabling support, cable numbering, crimping, fitting components, housekeeping and workshop duties whilst ideally expressing an interest to learn Electrical Engineering.
Key objectives:
- To maintain safe working practices and always adhere to quality control procedures.
- Travel to customer sites to support installation as and when required.
- Maintain effective and regular communication between department members.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Reliable
- Positive can-do attitude
- Good communication skills
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Basic electrical knowledge and understanding would also be beneficial (not essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Health and Safety conscious
Key Competencies:
- The ability to effectively communicate using both verbal and written communication that delivers high levels of confidence in those dealt with.
- Familiarity with hand and basic power tools is required
- Proactive in approach, resilient under pressure, ability to maintain clarity and vision, and possesses a strong results orientation.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
