Actemium Instrumentation, Control and Switchgear are looking for a  Project Admin Assistant to join our team in Staverton, Gloucester.


The Project Admin Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative assistance to a Senior Project Manager including the project support engineer.

Key Accountabilities  


  • Develop project files and documentation such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning and printing to aid smooth running of the Project.
  • Preparing and presenting documentation to external customers for review/approval.
  • Raise supplier purchase orders using SAP system (training provided).

  • A well-motivated individual who can work on their own initiative but also be able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Good oral and written communication skills are imperative for this role. The person will need to be a confident communicator, across all levels both internally and externally.
  • Good time-management and self-discipline.
  • Friendly and approachable manner, able to build and sustain relationships based on trust at all levels.
  • An eye for detail, focused on quality and accuracy, within a busy environment, without compromising deadlines.
  • Proactively resolve problems.
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s Internal Control Manual and procedures
  • Strong IT skills in particular, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint).


Qualifications and Experience


  • No formal qualifications required
  • Administrative experience or documentation processing background required
