Actemium Design are looking for a committed, flexible, and enthusiastic individual to take on a part time reception & administration assistant role with excellent attention to detail,
organizational skills, being able to remain calm in stressful situations, and providing excellent customer service and support.

MAIN REPONSIBILITIES, TASKS & DUTIES

• Provide administrative support including filing, word processing, document management, emailing, reception and messenger duties, telephone duties, and data input onto computerised systems
• Assist in organisation of activities, events, and training.
• Maintenance of fleet management
• Internal and External orders for Café, furniture orders, stationary orders.
• Hotel & Travel Bookings
• Co-ordinate the day-to-day booking of rooms for meetings, training etc.
• Ensure booked rooms are prepared for meetings, training etc.
• Distribution of post to multiple tenants.
• Record and send outgoing mail.

Experience & Qualifications
• English & Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
• Prior experience in admin/reception role preferred.
