Key Responsibilities:
As the Sector Manager, you will report to the AU Manager, and your role will be central to the effective management of projects and contracts within your designated Sector.
Your responsibilities encompass:
- Expansion and development of activities within your Sector.
- Formulation of a comprehensive commercial action plan for the Sector, in close collaboration with Senior Engineers.
- Coordination of sales and development activities, bolstered by the support of Senior Engineers.
- Ensuring the efficient execution of contracts, underpinned by robust risk management control.
- Active assistance to Senior Engineers in sales, contract execution, and management.
- Diligent review of tenders submitted by Senior Engineers, coupled with the validation of bids within your authorized limits.
- Championing and fostering Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) aspects throughout the Sector.
- You will also bear the responsibility of quoting jobs ranging from £300k to £800k, responding to tenders, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle, which includes managing subcontractors, supplies, our team of electricians, and maintaining impeccable financial control.

Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Several years of experience in a comparable position.
- Degree or HNC/HND qualification in Electrical engineering discipline.
- Proven track record in Low Voltage installation infrastructure.
- A deep understanding of commercial factors that impact project performance, coupled with a knack for assessing value and evaluating variations in works.
- The ability to adeptly manage multiple projects concurrently without compromising on quality or standards.
- A proactive "can do" attitude, coupled with a tenacious problem -solving mindset.
- The capacity to meet the demands of challenging project deadlines.
- The ability for fostering positive and professional customer -focused relationships.
