Acorn Global is working in partnership with an established leading international radio communication provider.

Following a record year, the organisation is continuing to invest and expand the business.

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow business within the Africa region.

This is a solutions sales role which will require a consultative approach, dealing directly with customers as well as managing a dealer network and the ability to develop new reseller partnerships.

Job Role

· Develop sales plans in line with business objectives and strategy to maximise market penetration.

· Identify opportunities and projects to develop a strong pipeline of business opportunities.

· Capture opportunities and develop solutions with the support of an engineering team

· Develop new business relationships and manage existing relationships to deliver revenues and business volumes.

· Manage, support and develop high quality distribution partners.

· Work collaboratively with the team to maximise business opportunities.

Person Specification

· Proven track record of selling solutions in to military, public safety and government sectors.

· Hunter mentality with proven ability to develop and close business.

· Degree calibre individual

· Proven experience selling technical solutions

· Experience of managing distributors

· Knowledge of radio communication equipment or related technology would be a distinct advantage.

· Strong customer orientation

· Results focussed
