** INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION **

This is a great opportunity to learn about a career with an agency in the most exciting and fastest growing field of technology and marketing – Internet Search & Social Media Marketing. We are looking for candidates who are native Finnish speakers.

The office is based in High Barnet, North London, United Kingdom.

** INTERNSHIP SPEC **

Your work in this position will contribute to the process of promoting our clients’ websites and blogs. You will be fully responsible for creating content, promoting the content on social media and the blogosphere and developing strategic relationships with other site owners to promote the brand. Training and guidance will be provided throughout the duration of the internship, so that you can learn valuable digital marketing skills while working on live client projects.

To this effect, Journalism, Copywriting, Digital Design, SEO, Social Media Marketing and Link Building activities will be the main focus of your activities. You will also have the chance to continually identify new avenues to promote our clients’ websites and brands.

All of the work will be done in Finnish, but you will be working with a team of English-only speakers.

Desired profile

** REQUIREMENTS **

• Native Finnish speaker & writer - your Finnish writing & conversation skills will be tested
• You must enjoy writing
• You must be very comfortable with use of all Internet technologies
• Interest in and awareness of popular technology, including popular website, electronic gadgets and games

** ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (Preferred) **

• Ability to speak other Western / Northern European languages
• Prior blogging experience would be great!
• Conversant with Search Engine usage and techniques
• Understanding of or experience with link building
• Experience using social networking platforms
• Experience using social bookmarking and news sharing sites

** REMUNERATION **

You will be paid a basic salary at the national wage rate, and will be required to work at least 20 hours per week.
