It is worth noting that since Accountagility is a growing business, we will ask you to become involved in a range of day-to-day activities, including events, marketing/sales activities etc., and as a result we expect you to gain from exposure to a wider range of business challenges and experiences.

The Deal
We ask quite a lot from our Graduate interns, and recognise that Graduates are not expected to have a great deal of experience. We also understand that it is not appropriate to ask you to work for us for nothing.

However, for this role please note that having a degree is only a part of the overall package:
-With a solid degree we expect you to have a good toolkit, which presents the foundation for further training and experience.
-A positive and mature outlook and commitment to excellence are the most important personal values we look for. You will need to demonstrate your desire to succeed both during our interview process and throughout your time with us.

We will not consider you to be suitable for this role if you cannot demonstrate the qualities listed above.

This position offers a bright and committed individual a unique opportunity to become involved in a very dynamic business.

Desired profile

We are generally looking for staff with an IT / Business degree, and who can demonstrate that they have some understanding of Project Management and the Software Development Life Cycle.

HOWEVER, in recognition that a degree is not everything, we will consider any candidate providing they have the necessary IT Toolkit. Show us what you got!

Make every future a success.
