How does your working day look like ...

·  At reception, you not only ensure that guests are satisfied, but also that they are enthusiastic
·  You always stay cool - even when all guests arrive at the same time for check-in
·  You ensure a smooth flow when welcoming guests to the hotel 

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV ...

·  You’ve completed your training and have already gained your first experience at a front office desk
·  You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests
·  You also know your way around the city and always have a few tips on the scene at hand
·  You not only bring your skills, but also your character
·  You're a doer - and openly admit when you've done something wrong
