Job Description
Be in the heart of it all by joining our Front Office team of our Pullman Hotel!
The main duty entails serving as a welcoming presence for our guests in the lobby. Other responsibilities include maintaining high-quality guest services primarily in the areas of arrivals, departures, rooming, special needs, and guest inquiries. Assisting Front Office Management to operate a highly proficient and productive department, including handling guest complaints professionally and effectively, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service at all times. This role also involves ensuring the smooth and efficient operations and providing exceptional service.
What does a Welcomer Team Leader's role entail?

Guest Service:
· Greet and assist guests, handle inquiries and complaints.
· Manage luggage, mail, and guest transportation.

Team Leadership:
· Supervise front office team, ensure high service standards.
· Collaborate with Duty Manager for smooth operations.
·
Operational Management:
· Oversee lobby and parking areas, ensure safety and cleanliness.
· Follow strict procedures for cash handling and guest confidentiality.
·
Sales and Marketing:
· Promote Accor Membership and maximize sales revenue.
·
Communication:
· Ensure effective communication of hotel policies.
· Attend meetings and training sessions.
·
Additional Tasks:
· Assist with room shows and telephone inquiries.
· Provide local area information and relevant talking points.
Qualifications
