Job Description

·  Supervise daily front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes
·  Lead and motivate the front desk team to maintain high service standards
·  Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and promptly
·  Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
·  Monitor room availability and assist with reservations when needed
·  Train new team members and support ongoing development
·  Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in a front office, preferably in a supervisory capacity
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·  Ability to lead a team and handle guest interactions with confidence and empathy
·  Opera system experience
·  Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
