•The Welcomer will be the person who help guest looking for services or assistances. The Welcomer ‘s greeting and attitude will influence to guest ‘s comment which will have in hotel overall.

•Serving guest, the first task of the Welcomer is to be available at any time and especially take care by an automatic greeting with smile, warm and positive attitude.  The guest will be feel expected and welcomed at any time.The guest will always be the first priority for a Welcomer.

•Takes care of guests from their arrival through to their departure. Contributes to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay.

•Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.

Fluent in English communication, and a third language would be a plus
