Job Description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

·  Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner
·  Take accurate food and beverage orders, demonstrating knowledge of menu items and daily specials
·  Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently, adhering to established service standards
·  Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
·  Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions
·  Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
·  Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
·  Assist in opening and closing procedures of the restaurant
·  Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
·  Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality
·  Adapt to varying work schedules and assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed

Qualifications

·  Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality preferred
·  Minimum of 1 year experience in a 4-5 star hotel or upscale restaurant setting (fresh graduates may be considered)
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
·  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
·  Basic math skills for handling financial transactions
·  Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
·  Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
·  Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
·  Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
·  Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
·  Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
