Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Uniform Attendant to join our team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Uniform Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the professional appearance of our staff by managing and distributing uniforms efficiently.

·  Furnish new staff with appropriate style and sets of uniforms
·  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of uniform inventory and distribution
·  Collect, sort, and process soiled uniforms for washing or dry cleaning
·  Inspect returned clean uniforms for accuracy and condition
·  Report misuse of uniforms and conduct necessary follow-ups
·  Distribute clean uniforms to staff members against proper documentation
·  Regularly check and sort uniforms, reporting necessary write-offs and replacements
·  Arrange for uniform repairs when possible
·  Ensure the uniform room is kept orderly and clean
·  Adhere to and promote health and safety standards related to uniform management
·  Collaborate with various departments to ensure uniform needs are met efficiently

Qualifications

·  1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role
·  Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
·  Enthusiastic and positive personality with the ability to build trusting relationships
·  Keen attention to detail and strong organisational skills
·  Knowledge of laundry and dry cleaning processes
·  Proficiency in inventory management and basic computer skills for record-keeping
·  Physical stamina to handle and sort uniforms throughout the day
·  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·  Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload
·  Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing excellent service
·  Basic English language skills (both spoken and written)
