Job Description
· Lead, supervise, and motivate the spa therapist team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
· Ensure all treatments are performed according to brand standards and established protocols.
· Monitor therapist performance, productivity, and service quality.
· Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations for team members.
· Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related concerns professionally.
· Assist in scheduling therapists based on business levels and treatment bookings.
· Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
· Support inventory control and proper usage of spa products.
· Promote spa services and retail products to maximize revenue.
· Assist Spa Manager with daily reports and operational tasks when required.
Qualifications
· Certified Spa Therapist with recognized qualifications.
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a spa environment, with leadership experience preferred.
· Strong knowledge of massage techniques, facials, and body treatments.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Leadership and team management abilities.
· Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
