Job Description

•Curate and design Thai Thai’s signature menus, balancing authenticity with innovation.

•Mentor and train the culinary team to ensure consistent quality and guest satisfaction.

•Collaborate with service teams to enhance the overall dining journey.

Qualifications

•Strong Thai cuisine expertise with authentic and innovative approach

•Experience from successful independent social dining restaurants in Thailand,.

•Passionate hospitality and financial business driver, mentor of local kitchen brigade.
