Job description
Key tasks
· Responsible in channeling telephone calls to the proper extension smoothly and politely.
· Handles internal paging and board paging for guests.
· Takes accurate and complete messages for guests and staff manually or by use through the computer terminal.
· Handles requested wake-up calls efficiently either by manual or the automatic wake-up call system from the PABX switchboard.
· Report faults detected or make known to the Telephone Supervisor verbally or through the logbook and to follow through with the report made.
