Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician - Spool to join our team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting spool machinery in our manufacturing facility.

·  Operate and monitor spool winding equipment to ensure efficient and accurate production
·  Perform routine maintenance and repairs on spool machinery to minimise downtime
·  Set up and adjust machines according to product specifications and production schedules
·  Inspect finished spools for quality and adherence to specifications
·  Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with spool equipment
·  Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and quality control activities
·  Collaborate with other team members to optimise production processes
·  Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
·  Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity

Qualifications

·  Proficiency in spool operation and maintenance
·  Demonstrated knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment
·  Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
·  Strong familiarity with safety protocols and procedures
·  Excellent problem-solving skills and hand-eye coordination
·  Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
·  Experience with various types of spools and winding equipment
·  Secondary school diploma or equivalent
·  Vocational training in mechanical or industrial technology (preferred)
·  Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Industrial Machinery Operation) are advantageous
·  Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials handling
·  Willingness to work in Phu Quoc, Vietnam
·  Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
·  Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
