Job Description

Support the daily operations of the Talent & Culture department with discretion, efficiency, and warmth.

Coordinate recruitment activities including posting vacancies, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding.

Assist in the planning and execution of training programs, orientation sessions, and engagement activities.
·
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases in compliance with local labor laws and Accor standards.
·
Be the first point of contact for colleagues' queries regarding policies, benefits, or T&C procedures.
·
Promote a culture of inclusion, well-being, and colleague recognition across all departments.
·
Ensure that all HR practices reflect the brand promise and contribute to the hotel’s excellence in service and talent development.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity either for Payroll or Recruitment
· Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

Must have spent at least 5 years in the same job in an international hotel chain
