Key tasks

To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Department by assisting the Human Resources Manager with the implementation of the hotel’s policies, procedures and systems, as outlined in the Department Operations Manuals and maintaining Novotel’s standard in Human Resources Department.
