1) KNOWLEDGE

To have thorough knowledge of all SOP’s for Housekeeping department 

· 
To have thorough knowledge of local rules and regulations 

· 
To have accurate knowledge of different room categories and reading Opera PMS reports 

· 
To have basic knowledge of PMS reports for daily task functions and online platforms used for task delegation 

· 
To be fully aware of Raffles Brand Standards and Values, have thorough knowledge on LQA, Forbes and similar quality-oriented standards 

· 
To adhere to Housekeeping’s standards and procedures and enforce the same

3) OPERATION 

· 
Responsible for receiving uniforms from all employees, as well as the special attire of managers who do not wear uniforms, filling out forms, and tracking them. 

· 
Collects dirty uniforms from personnel and provides clean ones. 

· 
Collects clothes from managers and ensures their forms are completely filled out. 

· 
Receives clean uniforms delivered by the laundry, checks the cleanliness and ironing quality, and repairs any items that are not in good condition, such as loose skirts, open seams, missing buttons, faulty zips and other damages. Hangs or folds clean uniforms according to identification number, department, and size category, and completes them as a full set 

· 
Keeps the clothes delivered by the laundry for managers on hangers and notifies the owners if there are clothes that have not been collected for a long time. 

· 
Informs the Supervisor about shortages, replacement needs, and damaged items. 

· 
Carries out additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor. 

· 
Reports any damage or malfunction in the uniform room to the technical department in a timely manner and ensures follow-up. 

· 
Keeps the sewing rooms, uniform room, and changing cabins tidy and clean. Prevents unauthorized personnel from accessing these areas. Ensures the uniform and tailor's room are clean and orderly at the end of the shift. 

· 
Maintains the equipment in proper cleaning and repair condition. 

· 
Complies with the hotel's health, safety, and hygiene policy. 

· 
Adheres to personal care and hygiene standards.
