Key tasks

Under the general guidance and supervision of the General Manager, the Human Resources Manager will plan, manage, control, coordinate and participate in personnel activities in areas of staff benefits, wages, salary, labor and employee relations, recruitment, as well as recommending, implementing, formulating and executing hotel policies, procedures, rules, regulations and program for staff.
