Job Description
·
Assists the Director of Sustainability and Performance in achieving and maintaining sustainability certifications and supports the monitoring and reporting of progress on ESG, CSR, sustainability, and hotel performance goals.
·
Provides administrative support to the department by managing correspondence and maintenance of records, schedules and coordinates meetings and monitors and manages office supplies.
Qualifications
·
Graduate of a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sustainability or a related field.
·
A minimum of one (1) year of experience as admin assistant in a luxury hotel is an advantage.
·
Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen sense of detail and passion for sustainability.
·
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Applications and Canva.
·
In possession of a valid work permit enabling employment in the Philippines.
