Job Description

Sofitel Bahrain is currently seeking a proactive, organized, and dependable Staff Housing Incharge to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of staff accommodations. If you have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent people skills, and experience in facility or housing management, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

·  Oversee the allocation and maintenance of staff accommodations
·  Ensure housing facilities are clean, safe, and compliant with health & safety standards
·  Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep
·  Manage check-in/check-out processes for new and departing employees
·  Maintain updated housing records and occupancy reports
·  Address staff concerns related to housing and resolve issues promptly
·  Liaise with external vendors and landlords when required
·  Ensure cost-effective use of resources and utilities
·  Enforce company housing policies and procedures

 

Qualifications

 

·  Proven experience in housing or facility management (preferred in GCC)
·  Strong organizational and communication skills
·  Ability to manage multiple properties and staff needs efficiently
·  Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
·  Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, reports, email)
·  Valid Bahrain / GCC driving license (preferred)
