Job Description

Sports Club Manager

The Sports Club Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of a sports club. This role includes overseeing daily activities, managing team, organizing events and competitions, handling finances, and ensuring a positive experience for members and guests.

·  Oversee day-to-day operations of the sports club
·  Develop and enforce club policies and procedures
·  Recruit, train, and manage the team
·  Promote teamwork and a positive club culture
·  Handle memberships, fees, and payments
·  Plan and organize activities, training sessions, leagues, and competitions
·  Manage memberships and respond to inquiries or concerns
·  Ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding policies
·  Manage risk assessments and emergency procedures

Qualifications

·  Diploma or degree in Sports Management, Business, or a related field
·  Previous experience managing a sports club, team, or recreational organization
·  Strong leadership and organizational skills
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
·  Knowledge of sports management and club operations
·  Basic financial and budgeting skills
·  Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
