Job Description

·  Support the daily operations of the hotel’s sport and recreation areas including pool, fitness, and activity zones.
·  Assist in setting up and delivering guest activities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and readiness.
·  Provide basic guest service, equipment handling, and activity explanation with courtesy and professionalism.
·  Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth activity execution and service flow.
·  Uphold grooming, hygiene, and service standards in all guest interactions.

Qualifications

·  Diploma in Recreation, Physical Education, Tourism, or Hospitality Management
·  Minimum 1 year of experience in recreation, fitness, sports, or guest activity services. 
·  Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
·  Good communication and customer contact skills.
·  Service oriented with an eye for details.
·  Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.
