Job Description
· Deliver exceptional service with comprehensive knowledge of menu items, beverages, and potential allergens
· Execute precise order-taking and efficient payment processing using the Point of Sale system
· Manage multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining composure and attention to detail
· Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, continuously improving service techniques
· Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to all company policies, food safety, and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
· Minimum of one (1) year of experience required in a fast-paced, high-end bar or luxury property, and/or substantial food and beverage experience in a high volume capacity
· Operational knowledge and proficiency in Point of Sale system an asset
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Highly responsible and reliable
· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, while working cohesively as part of a team
· Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
· In-depth knowledge of classic cocktails and mixology techniques
· Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
· Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
