We are seeking a passionate, guest-oriented, and professional team member for the position of “Spa Therapist” to join the distinguished wellness team at Rixos Tersane İstanbul.

Job Description

·  Perform a variety of spa treatments and therapies in line with hotel standards and guest preferences
·  Deliver personalized wellness experiences with professionalism and care
·  Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of treatment rooms and spa areas
·  Ensure all treatment products, equipment, and linens are properly prepared before each service
·  Provide guests with recommendations on spa treatments and wellness products
·  Handle guest requests and concerns with a service-oriented and positive approach
·  Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
·  Coordinate effectively with the spa reception and wellness team to ensure smooth daily operations
·  Create a relaxing and welcoming environment for all guests through attentive service and positive communication

Qualifications

·  Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel or wellness center
·  Certification in massage and body therapies
·  Strong communication and guest relations skills
·  Passion for wellness, hospitality, and personalized guest service
·  Professional appearance and positive attitude
·  Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
·  Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required
·  Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
