Job Title: Spa Therapist

Location: St Andrews, Fife 

Contract: Permanent, Full-time / Casual

Our Spa Team are the greatest ambassadors for our resort, delivering a passionate and memorable experience to every guest who passes through our doors. Our absolute focus is delivering a personalised, luxury service to all guests, building relationships and anticipating their every need. If you believe you are the right person for this role then we want to hear from you!

What you will be doing:

·  Delivering exceptional treatment experiences and 5-star standards of service and care in line with Fairmont brand standards, training and protocols.
·  Provide thoughtful treatment and product recommendations at the end of every treatment
·  Take initiative to add a personalized experience and treatment upgrades
·  Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
·  Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

·  Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
·  College qualified in professionally recognised beauty discipline.  Will have gained a full Beauty Therapy Diploma
