Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at SLS The Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. As a Spa Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our luxury spa facility, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.

·  Oversee and coordinate all spa operations, including treatment bookings, staff scheduling, and facility management
·  Ensure adherence to spa policies and standard operating procedures
·  Train, coach, and mentor spa staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain professional standards
·  Manage inventory of spa products and supplies, placing orders as needed
·  Implement and support strategic initiatives to enhance the spa's offerings and overall guest experience
·  Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all spa areas and equipment
·  Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally
·  Collaborate with other departments to promote spa services and create integrated wellness experiences
·  Analyze spa performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and profitability
·  Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance the spa's services and operations

Qualifications

·  Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the spa or wellness industry
·  In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, and wellness practices
·  Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
·  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
·  Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
·  Proficiency in spa management software and basic computer applications
·  Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
·  Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
·  Experience in luxury hotel or resort operations is highly preferred
·  Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to spa operations
·  Demonstrated ability to handle budgets and financial reporting
·  Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
